THE
SCHOLARSHIP

The time is now for women to pursue their dream of a career in the trades and the Jessi Combs Foundation (JCF) is here to fuel those dreams through our annual scholarship program. Jessi Combs was a pioneer female. She worked harder than many – with more grit and determination than most – to earn her position as an expert in several male-dominated industries including the trades. We are dedicated to continuing the work Jessi started including her commitment to inspiring women to pursue a career in the trades. This scholarship program is one of the ways we fulfill our mission to educate, inspire and empower the next-generation of trailblazing and stereo-type breaking women…..like Jessi. More than a scholarship…….the program is a platform for driving change within the cultural fabric of the trades industry; creating pathways for more women to enter, thrive, and succeed. We seek to elevate awareness of the trades as a viable career path for women by shining a spotlight on past scholarship winners, those who are driven to apply and others who have already found fulfillment in their chosen field. Join us by applying or help spread the word by sharing this with someone you know.

"The Jessi Combs Foundation is the pinnacle of empowerment, growth and opportunity for women with the desire to enter the skilled trades world, and as an opportunity to excellerate your current skill set. The foundation stands true to Jessi’s values in everything they do: To educate, inspire, empower. The JCF has changed my life and has assisted me in furthering my education where I financially was unable to. Through the JCF, I have made life long friends, networked in new industries, added to my skill set, have new career opportunities, and best of all, we get to represent and honor a pioneer for the future of the trades industry."
